Important Information

Please Note:

  • The registration fee covers food (lunch) for the duration of the event.
  • Accommodation will be provided on the Christ University campus for the night of 15th at an additional cost of ₹350 per night.
  • This accommodation comes with a curfew of 9:00 PM as mandated by university rules.
  • If campus accommodation is not feasible, participants may choose accommodation of their choice.

Payment Instructions

1. Registration Payment Process

  1. Click on the payment link in the Registration tab. It will open into the official South Indian Bank Christ University payment portal.
  2. Under "Select Fee Name", choose CONFERENCE.
  3. Under "Category", choose:
    • Policy Conflux 2025 - Christite (if you are a student at CHRIST (Deemed to be University))
    • Policy Conflux 2025 - Student - External (if you are a student from outside CHRIST (Deemed to be University))
    • Policy Conflux 2025 - Professional - External (if you are a professional)
    • Policy Conflux 2025 - PhD Scholar - External (if you are a PhD Scholar)
  4. Enter the captcha code and click on "Continue".
  5. Enter your details.
  6. Pay the amount.

2. Conference Accommodation Payment Process

  1. Click on the payment link in the Registration tab. It will open into the official South Indian Bank Christ University payment portal.
  2. Under "Select Fee Name", choose CONFERENCE.
  3. Under "Category", choose:
    • Policy Conflux 2025 - Dorm Booking (per night) (if you are opting for dormitory accommodation)
    • Policy Conflux 2025 - Guest House Room (per night) (if you are opting for Christ Guest Rooms)
  4. Enter the captcha code and click on "Continue".
  5. Enter your details.
  6. Pay the amount.

Note: The payment is for one night only. If you plan to stay for an extended time period, kindly reach out to the team via email.

Important: The Dormitory is available for the night of 15th December only.
